Patrick C. Hall

Mr. Hall has more than 35 years of experience in a diverse civil practice, including enterprise organization, commercial transactions, estate planning, trust matters, and probate court proceedings in Michigan and in other states.

He advises clients on closely held or family owned business succession planning, represents buyers and sellers of businesses, and assists clients in negotiating business agreements such as commercial leases, master services agreements, non-competition agreements, and non-solicitation agreements.

He represents clients before State governmental regulatory agencies and in business disputes, including trials and arbitration, in Michigan and other states and in federal courts.

Mr. Hall received his Bachelor of the Arts degree in history and political science with high honors from the University of Michigan and received his law degree from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Hall is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has been admitted to practice in Michigan state courts, the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mr. Hall has also been a member of the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce for many years.
