Patrick C. Hall

Mr. Hall has more than 34 years of experience in a diverse civil practice, including estate planning, trust matters, and probate court proceedings in Michigan and in other states.

He advises clients on closely held or family owned business succession planning, and represents buyers and sellers of businesses.

He represents clients before State governmental agencies such as the Michigan Liquor Control Commission.

He represents clients in business disputes including trials and arbitration in Michigan and other states and in federal courts.

Mr. Hall received his Bachelor of the Arts degree in history and political science with high honors from the University of Michigan in 1975 and received his law degree from the University of Michigan in 1978.

Mr. Hall is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has been admitted to practice in Michigan state courts, the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mr. Hall is also a member of the City of Troy, Michigan Liquor License Advisory Board, and has been a City of Troy Chamber of Commerce member for many years.
